These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and donations made through the Ant Antics Foundation website. By using our site, placing an order, or making a donation, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

The Ant Antics Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation based in the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting native ant species, restoring habitats, and promoting education through outreach and conservation.

2. Merchandise Sales

We sell a small range of merchandise to support our conservation and outreach work. All profits are reinvested directly into our charitable projects.

a. Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure all products are described accurately and images are representative. However, colours and materials may vary slightly depending on availability and printing.

b. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time.

c. Delivery

Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page, usually within 3–5 working days. We currently ship to UK addresses only. Please contact us if you require alternative arrangements.

d. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at hello@antantics.wales and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for other reasons are accepted at our discretion and may be subject to return postage costs.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the mission and activities of the Ant Antics Foundation.

a. Refund Policy for Donations

As a general rule, donations are non-refundable.

b. Use of Funds

All donations are used to support our conservation, education, and outreach efforts. Funds may be allocated to field projects, school kits, events, or operational support depending on current priorities.

c. Gift Aid

The Ant Antics Foundation is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) and not a registered charity, so we are not eligible for Gift Aid at this time.

4. Use of Website

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of the Ant Antics Foundation unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.
